The Member Details page offers a comprehensive view of an individual member's profile, providing tools to manage personal information, loyalty accounts, and communication preferences. This page ensures you can efficiently handle all member-specific settings, enhance their experience, and maintain accurate records.

Header Information and Account Actions

The top section of the Member Details page provides essential tools and information for managing individual member profiles, including identification details, workflow controls, and access to additional actions via the menu.

1. Member Profile Details (Top-Left Corner):

   • Displays the member's name, profile picture (or initials), unique membership ID, join date, and status icon.

2. Status and Workflow Controls:

   • Draft / Publish Toggle: Indicates the current workflow status of the member. If the member's profile is still incomplete or in review, it will display as Draft. Clicking Publish confirms and activates the member's profile.

   • Activate Member: A toggle to activate or deactivate the member's account. When activated, the member can fully engage with the loyalty platform.

   • Suspend Member: Temporarily disables the member's account, preventing them from accessing loyalty benefits and other functionalities.

3. Three-Dot Menu (Top-Right Corner):
