Events

The Events section under Member Details provides a comprehensive overview of all recorded external events associated with a member. In the context of loyalty programs, purchases are considered events that can trigger various loyalty actions.

This section displays a list of all purchases made by the member, including essential details such as the date, time, point of sale (POS), and purchase amount.

Event Information

Each event entry in the list contains the following details:

• ID: A unique identifier for the event.

• Member Name: The name of the member who made the purchase.

• Date & Time: The exact timestamp when the purchase was made.

• POS (Point of Sale): The location or terminal where the purchase was completed.

• Purchase Amount: The total amount spent during the transaction.

You can filter the events using customizable columns, sort them by various criteria, or use the search function to quickly find specific transactions.
