Integration Center

The Integration Center enables you to manage various external integrations with your loyalty program, connecting third-party systems such as CRM platforms, eCommerce solutions, and social media networks. These integrations ensure smooth data flows and extended functionality across different platforms, enhancing the overall capabilities of your loyalty platform.

Overview of Available Integrations

Upon accessing the Integration Center, you will see an overview of available integration categories, including:

• CRM: Systems like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zoho CRM.

• eCommerce: Solutions like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.

• Point of Sales Providers (POS): Examples include Shopify POS and Winrex.

• Social Media: Integrations for platforms like Facebook, Viber, and WhatsApp.

• Other: Systems like PIM Core, ZenDesk, and Zapier.

In each integration category, you'll see tiles representing the external platforms. If no integration has been set up for a specific platform, the tile will display an "Add Integration" button, prompting you to initiate the connection process.

If an integration has already been set up, the tile will be highlighted with a border and display a checkmark, indicating the selected integration. You will also see an "Edit Integration" button, allowing you to manage and adjust the current integration settings.

Adding a New Integration

To add a new integration, follow this initial step:

1. Select a Platform: Navigate to the relevant category based on the type of integration you wish to set up. For example, if you want to integrate Facebook, find it in the Social Media section. Click on the Add Integration button within the platform's tile to begin the process.

Once the integration is successfully set up, the tile will update to display an Edit Integration button, allowing you to manage or modify the connection in the future.

Editing an Existing Integration

If you have already set up an integration, you can manage it by clicking the "Edit Integration" button on the respective platform's tile.
