EpisXperience Hub

The Hub serves as the central dashboard for accessing all major functionalities within the EpisXperience Loyalty Management Software. The Hub is divided into two key sections:

• My Spaces: This section provides access to all loyalty spaces managed by your organization. Each space represents a specific loyalty program, complete with its settings, tools, and performance metrics, as well as the markets where the program is active. From here, you can enter each space to configure and manage the individual loyalty programs.

• Other Apps - Integrated Tools: This section gives you access to external applications or other integrated tools that can be connected to the loyalty management platform. These integrations enhance the platform's functionality by allowing seamless communication with marketing automation tools, messaging services, and other external platforms.

The Hub is designed to be the primary access point for managing your loyalty programs and leveraging integrated tools, providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

The Settings, located in the top-right corner of the Hub, provide access to Tenant Settings, where you can manage global configurations.
